It was a very unorthodox request, having a dunk tank set up in the extreme cold, but your team was extremely accommodating, both over the phone when ordering, and on set up day. The men who were sent were great. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

I will recommend your services to others and if I ever get a request like this again, I will surely come back to your team.

I write this letter on behalf of the Holy Name Catholic School Council and, the staff and families who attended our end of year carnival this past year.

We wanted to take a moment to thank you for the services you provided; our families enjoyed the many inflatables provided as well as the games, entertainment and other d course, the fun food stations!

From the initial quote request to the tear down at the end of the night, we were thoroughly impressed with the exemplary level of customer service we received and the friendly personnel. The booking process was made easy and, we appreciate the attention to detail you exhibited by coming for an onsite visit prior to map out logistics.

Your on site crew was professional and courteous the entire time; even assisting our volunteers with drying down tables after a quick rain storm at the start of our carnival.

The picnic was awesome!
Great crew, set up and take down went very smoothly.

The balloon artist was phenomenal !!!!! She was very sweet, and friendly and made SO many amazing balloons characters!
The air bush artist was very good as well , she was very friendly with everyone.
The kids kept going back for more!!

Spidey was not so good. His costume was a little ?? – it didn’t seem to fit well ? He was friendly , yes, but only did one activity with the kids – tug-a- war (rope). I thought there would be more to his presence – maybe give the kids something more. He couldn’t find us, so he was late in arriving.

All in all, the experience was great! We will definitely use your company again.
