Inflatable safety rules

SAFETY RULES
Warning:  these rules MUST be followed to avoid any serious injury.

There are inherent many risks, in the participation in or on any inflatable interactive device. Participants and supervisors should be aware that they have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while in or on the inflatable activity.

Individuals with head, back, or any other disabilities, pregnant woman, small infants and others susceptible to injury from fall , bumps or bouncing are not permitted in or on in the inflatable unit any time. 

  • Supervision by a qualified attendant is required at all times.
  • Remove shoes, eyeglasses and any sharp object before using the unit.
  • No  food , drinks, gum, pets or silly string 
  • EXIT the unit begins to lose air. USE  exit  door  and escape hatches
  • Riders SHOULD all be of compatible age size.
  • Inflatable house will be anchored to the ground at all the times with stakes or sandbags and should never be removed.
  • Keep children away  from  the blower at all times
  • The blower must be operate by adults only
  • In the unlikely event of a blower failure please evacuate children immediately
  • Unload and deflate any inflate structure in the case of heavy rain
  • Bounce away from others and away  from the sides
  • DO NOT jump on to off  the inflatable
  • All  the riders must be 125LBS each
  • Do not exceed the recommended child capacity
  • No climbing the  wall of the bouncer
  • Not adults allow in the bouncers.
  • The bouncer must be fully inflated before any children are allowed inside. The bouncer must be fully inflated until everyone is out.
  • Keep the bouncer a safe distance from fire, water, walls or other obstructions.

Additional rules for slides:

  • 1. No more than one participant climbing the ladder at any one time.
  • 2. SIT DOWN AND SLIDE FEET FIRST.
  • 3. No more than one participant sliding down slide chute at any one time.
  • 4. No horseplay or climbing walls on slide platform
  • 5. No jumping or flips from platform.
  • 6. No more than two participants should be on top platform at any one time
  • 7. Do not slide down the slide until landing pad is cleared of previous .
  • 8. No climbing UP the slide chute.
Terms and Conditions

Jumping castles/ inflatables:

 

 

  • Fiesta4kids requires a deposit for each event. Without a deposit, we're unable to make a reservation.
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and money orders (Checks must be payable to Fiesta4kids Inc).
  • We require a valid credit card for the renting of any inflatable structures. (Sorry, no exceptions).
  • Fiesta4kids is not responsible for bad weather.
  • We do not accept returns once the delivery reaches the work site.
  • Usually, deliveries are from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and pickups are from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Please contact us with as much time in advance as possible, in order to schedule your specific times.
  • Responsibility for the rental equipment remains with the client from the time of delivery until the time of return or pick-up. It is important to make sure that all equipment is secured and protected from the elements; otherwise the client will be charged the repair or the full amount of the item. (Repair fees vary from $350 to full cost).
  • No refunds will be awarded, if (at the time of delivery) the structure does not fit in the location.
  • Fiesta4kids staff makes sure that the structures are delivered in excellent working conditions, and we require the client's signature upon arrival documenting the shape of said items (should there be any tears, cuts, electric malfunctions, etc.)
  • The client must call us upon delivery, should there be any problems/complaints.
  • At the time of reservation, the client MUST SPECIFY WHERE the structure will be set up; on top of grass, or sand, the sidewalk, Concrete, Indoor, School, Street, backyard, parking , if we do required the used of  the stairs to access the location  *very important*.
  • The client is responsible for having people supervising the children (at least 1 to 2 people per inflatable).
  • Once the inflatable is all set-ups, they WILL NOT BE RELOCATED until pick up time.
  • It's up to the client that all items are returned CLEANED, SWEPT, and set just as they were delivered. Otherwise, there'll be clean up charges (varying the size of the unit, from $25.00 to $85.00).
  • The bouncer can't be used when is rain and/or lighting conditions or if winds Exceed 30 km/h.
  • The bouncer must be fully inflated before any children are allowed inside.
  • The bouncer must be fully inflated until everyone is out.

 

 

 

Food machines & party equipment:

 

 

  • All tables and chairs will be delivered STACKED TOGETHER, and must be set up for PICK UP, in the exact same way.
  • Food machines and their accessories must be returned CLEANED, RINSED, and repackaged properly to avoid  any extra cleaning fee.
  • Should the equipment be returned UNWASHED, the client will be charged cleaning fees (varying from $25.00 to $50.00).
  • The client is responsible for the handling and operating of the equipment.
  • Fiesta4kids staff will show you how to properly run the machines, and will even send you an instructions manual to your e-mail, or give you a paper copy at delivery.
  • The client MUST CALL Fiesta4kids should there be any problems with the machines, please DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF.
  • The BBQ Grill, must be returned CLEAN, and WITH NO FOOD RESIDUE (cleaning fee is $50.00)
  • The client must provide HIS/HER OWN propane gas. (Fiesta4kids DOES NOT supply it) .
  • Should there be harsh weather; the client is responsible for covering and protecting all equipment. Should the equipment be damaged, the client will be charged either repair fees or be charged A NEW ONE, if it's beyond repair.
  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS once items are delivered.
  • Once the equipment is set up, IT SHALL NOT BE RELOCATED; should you need it moved, you MUST contact Fiesta4kids.

 

Pick Up and Returns

  • Please pick up and return all equipment within the time listed on your or invoice.
  • All late returns will charged a late fee *taken out of the security deposit* No exceptions.
  • Please make sure you follow the checking list when picking up equipment.
  • Come in a truck, van or utility vehicle.... No cars (only for small equipment).
  • Bring a valid Ontario driver’s license and a Valid Credit card to pick up your equipment. (Both documents should have matching names and belonging to the individual who is picking up)
  • Inflatables !!  Make sure to no to DRAG on concrete or other rough surfaces the equipment, when you arrived to your destination. (It will scratch  the unit and you will be charge for damage) .
  • All inflatable equipment must be returned rolled and tied  properly otherwise rerolling fees of $25.00 and up will be add to your invoice.
  • We do not accept dirty or wet equipment returns( Grass, silly string, face painting, dirt ,food ); please make sure you return the equipment the same you picked it up.
  • We do not cancel because of weather! Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

Pick-up andReturn times:

      • Friday pick up from3pm to 6pm
      • Saturday pick up from 8am to 9am
      • Sunday return from 8am to 9am ( Sorry ,no exceptions )
      • Sunday pick up from 9am to 10 am
      • Monday return from 11 am to 6 pm
      • Monday to Friday pick-up and return, please call our office to coordinate.
